June - part 3 and some of July :-)

Launceston airport - time to say bye to Emily and Megan! :-(
we had such a good time together!

you can see snow on top of Mt. Ben Lomond from the airport

after we dropped them off at the airport, I bought Joshua some lego - he really misses Megan!

another beautiful sunset - what a view we have!

We did a nice long walk to the library. It was freezing outside, so we enjoyed sitting in there for a while reading some books!

some hot chippies for lunch on the way back, yum!

winter in Tassie still produces some fantastic sunny days!
Enjoying some yummy watermelon in the sunshine.

Pappa has a cross-fit buddy!

...and some star jumps :-)

Imogen came to play - I like her company, she's super funny!

we are pirates, aarrrrrr

and this is our ship

A beautiful picnic at Swan Point. We just love this spot, its about 10 minutes from home.

having fun with microwave puff-paint. I now have at least 30 artworks. Anyone want one? ;-)

Joshua and I headed off for a walk at swan point last week. Joshua 'posing' again.

On Friday I went to Greens Beach with Demi and her boys.

It was beautiful sun-shiney weather, and very sheltered on the beach. The tide was very low, so the boys had fun playing in the rock pools! We had a little bet going, on which of the boys would get wet first...

Joshua won!! He thinks his gumboots go up to his armpits or something! At least I bought spare clothes...

It really wasn't that cold, quite strange, especially when you can see snow-capped mountains in the distance!

very exciting for Joshua to see the Sea Shepherd sailing past! Its going for repairs at the Launceston wharf before they head off again - fighting the Japanese whalers.

I had fun crocheting a little baby cardigan!
