the day before Christmas

Yep! This Mr. is walking!! A little video clip here

My first try at making some biscotti!

it turned out pretty good, delicious!

Joshua rode his bike to work with Reinier yesterday, then we all met up at City Park for morning tea. (He only worked until 10am)

Alison, Harry still just LOVES this couch! I put it here so I wouldn't forget to put it in the caravan, he keeps sitting on it, head back, legs swinging!

The Basin (plus a few extras!)

I've started making another blanket, and thought it makes for a nice table-runner! ;-)

sitting infront of the fire at the library!

this clown...

I took the boys to the Basin for a nice walk

peekaboo!

that hilarious face he does...ALL.THE.TIME.
Here he is, copying the peacocks

baby swans! (cignets, I think?!)

we used the lift to get the pram back up to the top of the hill, fun!

I finally caved in and let Joshua make some rocky road.

a VERY hot Sunday

Last Sunday was a very hot day, 33 deg. (which is HOT for Tasmania, trust me, with 70% humidity!)
The house just wouldn't drop below 28deg the entire night, even with everything open and fans on. So stuffy and muggy, yughhhh

how I found the boys in the morning, all chilling infront of the fan!

Our yard is all very steep, and there is no where nice to sit outside in the shade. So we got the boys changed after church, packed a picnic and thought we'd check out Mills Dam Reserve near Longford. Joshua had a quick dip and played a bit of cricket, but it was terribly windy! All our weather is in extremes here it seems!

so we ended up at Punchbowl park for a picnic lunch

Paper Beach

Last week Saturday was a beautiful hot day so we headed off to Paper Beach (its a actually a part of the Tamar River) with friends Jurgen & Tiz

Leah and Eva helped keep Harry busy!

Righteo! We're back on track!

Alright folks, sorry for the huge photo dump! They are all quite out of order too, but oh well, at least they are on here now. I will try to keep this blog more up-to-date!
