We arrived in Perth on the 5th of February, a Wednesday. We stayed at Jeremy & Emily's house in Perth. On the Friday, Jeremy & Reinier went with the kids to Whitehills and slept over at the beach for the night. No time wasted before Reinier could go fishing!

Dad and Reinier flew to Tasmania early Monday morning, and Joshua & I headed off to Albany.
Picked a bucket full of tomato's from Mums garden.
Dads office lady lent us this police motorbike for Joshua to play with. He LOVED it and had to park it next to Pop's motorbike!!
We went out for the morning to Whale World with Aunty Gaye and Sandra for coffee. Beautiful spot.
we visited the small wildlife sanctuary there, and I took some photos just to prove that Australia has at least SOME animals...
(these little critters are often jumping along our driveway and in our back yard at night)
Joshua saw his first wild wombat last week when we went out for a drive to Glengarry.

Albany has so many beautiful beaches and sand is super white and squeaky
caught quite a few herring, always fun to catch something!

went to the Kalgan River for the morning. A really nice spot, and Joshua caught about 10 breem all by himself! Cast out and pulled them in, only tiny ones but he had fun!
